At EventGram.in, we are committed to maintaining a high standard of quality and authenticity in all advertisements. These Ad Approval Guidelines outline the requirements and standards for posting advertisements on our platform. By submitting an ad, you agree to comply with these guidelines.
1. General Guidelines
- Relevance: All ads must be directly related to event services and cater to the needs of event organizers and planners.
- Accuracy: Ensure that all information provided in the ad is truthful and up-to-date. Misleading or false information will lead to rejection.
- Compliance: Ads must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure adherence.
2. Content Requirements
2.1 Title
- Length: Keep the title concise and informative, ideally under 60 characters.
- Clarity: Use clear and descriptive language to accurately represent the service being offered.
2.2 Description
- Detail: Provide a comprehensive description of your services, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- Length: Aim for a description between 600 to 1000 words to give potential clients a thorough understanding.
2.3 Tags
- Quantity: Include 6 to 15 relevant tags to enhance searchability.
- Location: Incorporate the location name to target the appropriate audience effectively.
2.4 Images
- Quality: Upload high-resolution images ( 800×500 pixels) that accurately represent your services.
- Quantity: Include 1 image.
- Format: Accepted formats are JPEG and PNG or .WebP. Ensure images are free from watermarks or logos of competitors.
2.5 Videos
- Embedding: You may embed videos from platforms like YouTube to showcase your services dynamically.
- Relevance: Ensure that the video content is directly related to the services advertised.
3. Prohibited Content
- Misleading Information: Ads containing false or exaggerated claims will be rejected.
- Inappropriate Material: Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or promotes illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Copyright Infringement: Ensure you have the right to use all content, including images and videos, in your advertisement.
4. Review and Approval Process
- Submission: All ads must be submitted through our online platform for review.
- Review Timeframe: Our team will review submissions within 24-48 hours.
- Notification: Advertisers will be notified of approval or required modifications via email.
5. Modification and Termination
- Edits: EventGram.in reserves the right to request modifications to any ad to meet our standards.
- Removal: Ads that violate these guidelines may be removed without prior notice.
- Termination: Repeated violations may result in the termination of advertising privileges on our platform.
